Functions
- Exercises control and supervision over all legal departments or divisions of client corporations as mandated by EO 292 or the Administrative Code of 1987
- Renders legal services (handling of cases, rendering of opinions and reviewing and/or drafting of contracts) to all client corporations as mandated by EO 292 or the Administrative Code of 1987
- Hears and arbitrates conflicts, disputes, claims and/or counterclaims between and among client corporations as mandated by P.D. 242
- Enforces and implements the Property Insurance Law (R.A. 656, as amended)

| Special Functions |
- Acts as corporate officers of the client corporations
- Assists in administrative cases involving client corporations
- Acts as member of task forces and special committees of client corporations
- Acts as in-house counsel or detailed attorneys for client corporations without legal departments
- Acts as detailed counsel on request even for clients with legal departments
- Other special functions as may be requested by client corporations
